Request deletion of your MyWordwire account and its associated learning data without installing the app.
Email an account deletion request
Send the request from your account email if possible. State that you want your MyWordwire account deleted. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or identity documents in the first email. We verify ownership before deleting anything, and confirm the outcome by email.
Deletion covers the account, sessions, saved words and phrases, learning progress, quiz and review history, notification preferences and linked devices. Separate installation-based measurement can be removed using the privacy switch in the app. We will explain any legally required retention and the applicable backup expiry. If you have an active store subscription, deleting your MyWordwire account does not cancel that subscription.
Manage or cancel an active subscription through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription help, depending on where you bought it. You can still request account deletion without waiting for the subscription to expire.

Etkin bir mağaza aboneliğiniz varsa MyWordwire hesabınızı silmek bu aboneliği iptal etmez. Satın aldığınız mağazaya göre Apple abonelik ayarlarını veya Google Play abonelik yardımını kullanın. Hesap silme talebi için aboneliğin sona ermesini beklemeniz gerekmez.
